This page describes the design and technology choices behind the Raza E Commerce website. It is published for transparency and for businesses evaluating similar website projects.
Design
The visual system uses a deep navy, crimson and gold palette with product illustrations shown on light backgrounds so garment colours stand out. Prominent WhatsApp and Call buttons appear on every product because the store's customers — parents — order through chat rather than a checkout.
Responsive architecture
Layouts are built with CSS grid and flexbox and adapt from small phones to large desktops. Navigation collapses to an accessible off-canvas menu with keyboard and outside-click support, and a fixed bottom bar on mobile keeps Call, WhatsApp and Order buttons within thumb reach.
WhatsApp ordering flow
Every product card and product page links to WhatsApp with the product name and URL pre-filled. Inquiry forms (contact page, product sidebar, quick-order popup and the "Have a Query" banner) validate input, save the inquiry in the admin panel and then open WhatsApp with the message composed from a template the owner can edit.
Content management
An admin panel lets the store owner manage:
- Homepage sections (hero slider, features, categories, products, how-to-order, about, why-us, FAQ, blog, inquiry banner, CTA) with reorder, enable/disable and edit
- Pages, blog posts and categories with SEO fields
- Products, categories, details and images
- Contact details, WhatsApp number and message templates, social links, header menu and footer
- Branding — logo, favicon, colours and typography
- Languages and system labels
- Inquiries received from the website
Speed optimisation
Uploaded images are validated (max 1 MB), resized, compressed and converted to WebP automatically. Pages use a single stylesheet and a small script file, lazy-loaded images, and browser caching and compression rules.
SEO implementation
Search-friendly URLs, editable meta titles and descriptions, canonical URLs, Open Graph and Twitter cards, XML sitemap, robots.txt, breadcrumbs and JSON-LD structured data.
